Warning Notice Update #3

Some of the private sector remote viewers question our interpretation of "off-target" information about the future, like the 9/11 events, or the recent bin Laden video.

It appears we have struck a nerve with trained 'psychic spies' who claim far greater accuracy with respect to locking down a target than we are willing to give them credit for.

In defense of both sides of this debate, I should point out DIA files that appear to predict events of the recent past and near future were sourced using non-conventional remote viewing targeting methods.

The latest item in contention predicts imminent danger following an image of a graying older-looking bearded man next to a dark bearded man, which reminded us of before and after images of Osama bin Laden.

This particular document has "SRV" written at the top of the document.

According to another DIA SUN STREAK document from the STAR GATE files:

Spontaneous Remote Viewing (SRV) [involves]
(1) Site acquisition by sealed envelope
(2) Monitor/Interviewer not present during viewing
(3) Reporting by written summary of perceptions
(4) Viewer's choice of working environment
(5) Not trainable - used only with experienced viewers

We'll leave a discussion of how our psychic version of the delayed-choice of 'interpretation' in the present moment affects the meaning and the intent of the historical data from the past for another time. We are sufficiently satisfied that "McConnell says bin Laden's darker-looking beard has attracted particular notice among intelligence analysts."
