Does this 1987 warning notice from a CIA-released DIA STAR GATE psychic spy encode information about an imminent catastrophic attack in 2007?

One possible interpretation of the raw data provided by a military psychic in 1987 is that a man, previously seen as "a beleaguered, tired looking , old man with a long, straight, shaggy looking beard (gray)" will pass into the background and be replaced by the "heavily bearded man" drawn in the original document with a thick black beard, reminiscent of the new look of Osama bin Laden in the newly released video from al Qaeda.

An important note added by the psychic spy is mental noise designated by "AOL clutter." AOL is analytical overlay, thought to be noise added by the mind of the psychic as it attempts to find associative interpretations of the psychic images.

The document warns that when this image appears, it is a sign of movement, or rising like a poisonous snake about to strike, meaning that an attack is imminent. The body of a charred child may signify a significant fiery attack against civilian targets.
