The UNCLASSIFIED marking on the MJ-12 document returned to Lee Graham following his request to the United States government, looks, to my eyes only, quite similar to markings used by the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence for their recently declassified UFO and remote viewing documents.
I also note the ubiquitous use of "Eyes Only" markings by the MoD.
A coincidence? Or did the MJ-12 originate in the United Kingdom? Click on the image above for a larger version and see for yourself.
